Welcome to the Moffitt Method 6-week Linear Sprint/ Speed Program. This program is designed to increase your acceleration, maximum sprint speed and work capacity. Tuesday and Thursdays are sprint days, and Monday and Fridays are Tempo days. Saturday is an optional technique day for acceleration and extra plyometrics and Wednesday and Sunday are rest days.
